“I’ve lived in many places in my life, but Arkansas has been the most stable place for me.”
What is one life experience that you feel has shaped you?
“Being raised by a single mom, most of my life made me appreciate things more and understand that I wanted more for myself in life and for my children.”
Is this the career you thought you would have?
“Absolutely not, I didn’t know there was something like this out there.”

“My commitment and loyalty to the business and dedication to reach my goals.”

“I’ve always had an unwillingness to give up and persevere.”

“Remember that I’m doing this for a long-term goal, and what I’m going through is only temporary.”

“The fact that this is a people helping people business and everyone wants to see you succeed.”

“I think success is measured not only by my success but also by how I’m able to make others successful.”

“Seeing my growth and the growth of others around me.”
What are your goals for the next five years?
“The next five years, I will have my own office and have helped our client expand into several new markets by continuing to attack my goals fiercely. I also plan on starting my family in the next two years.”

“Someone with a strong work ethic that wants more than to be just average, someone that is willing to put in the work now to achieve their goals and someone who wants to make a difference in not only their own life but the lives of others.”
It is very common for former athletes or competitive people to join the sales and business fields; why do you think that is?
“Because it’s competitive! It’s about pushing yourself every day to improve. Athletes realize the work you have to put in to be the best; it’s the same in sales/business. Athletes also have great experience in leadership roles. They have to motivate not only themselves but others on their teams.”
What would you tell a prospective candidate about your job?
“I would tell them that this business has allowed me to not only grow as an entrepreneur but as a person. I have learned so much in just the few months I have been in this business. Personal development has been the biggest benefit.”
What makes your company culture unique?
“What makes our company culture unique is the family environment. I have had many jobs before, and this is the first one where I can say I work with my closest friends, and we all care about each other and want everyone to succeed.”
What are you doing daily to build others into leaders?
“I always take time out of my day to work with other people. Because I remember when I first started, many people went out of their way to help me improve, and I want to return the favor.”

“The greatest barrier to success is not willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Anyone can be great at anything, and it’s all about pushing yourself to your limits, and making the decision to become great.”

“The best qualities in great leaders are putting your people first. You cannot achieve your goals unless everyone you lead is successful. The best leaders are selfless. If your people are successful, you will be successful.”
